Armenian Polish Translation in Yerevan: Certified and Notarized

Our Armenian Polish translation service in Yerevan covers both directions: Armenian to Polish and Polish to Armenian, for personal, academic, legal, medical and commercial documents. Apostil.am works with a network of professional freelance translators and editors who know the structure of Polish official documents and their terminology. You can receive an agency-stamped translation fully online, or a notarized translation when the receiving authority asks for one.
When you need a Polish translation
Poland has become a popular destination for Armenian citizens who move there to work, study or start a business, and Poland also has a long-established Armenian community. The most common reasons people contact us:
- Working in Poland – diplomas, employment references and qualification certificates for a work permit or a national (D) visa.
- Residence permit (Karta Pobytu) – birth and marriage certificates, police clearance, proof of income or family ties.
- Studying at a Polish university – school leaving certificate, diploma and supplement, transcripts, course descriptions.
- Marriage in Poland or to a Polish citizen – certificate of marital status, birth certificate, divorce certificate.
- Polish documents used in Armenia – a child born in Poland, a marriage registered there, or a Polish degree presented to Armenian bodies.
- Trade and import – contracts with Polish suppliers, invoices and conformity certificates for food, furniture, cosmetics and equipment.

Stamped vs notarized translation
A stamped (agency-certified) translation is the fastest option and is fully online: you send a scan, receive a PDF with the agency stamp by e-mail, and collect the paper copy at our office or get it by courier in Yerevan.
A notarized translation requires the original document or a notarized copy, because the notary binds the translation to it. A notarized translation cannot be made from a scan; a scan is only used for the price estimate. We go to the notary for you, so you do not have to. See all options on our services page.
Requirements in Poland: apostille and sworn translators
Armenia and Poland are both parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, so consular legalization is, as a rule, not needed: an apostille is enough. In Armenia the apostille is issued by the state – the RA Ministry of Justice (civil status, notarial, court and other official documents) and the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (educational documents). Apostil.am does not issue apostilles, but we offer free advice, can submit the application on your behalf (state fee 7,000 AMD per apostille) and then translate the document together with the apostille. Polish documents receive their apostille in Poland.
In Poland, official translations are usually made by a sworn translator (tłumacz przysięgły) listed by the Polish Ministry of Justice. Voivodeship offices handling residence cases, courts and some other bodies may accept only such a translation. In that case we help you prepare the apostilled original, and our translation can be used wherever it is accepted. The Embassy of Poland in Yerevan sets its own requirements for visa documents. Always check with the receiving authority which translation they accept.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Armenian to Polish translation cost per page?
The Basic package is 5,000 AMD per page (1,800 characters with spaces), Business is 6,000 AMD and Extra is 7,000 AMD. Notarization adds 6,000 AMD per document.
Can I get a notarized translation from a scan?
No. The notary binds the translation to the original or a notarized copy, so the original must be presented physically. From a scan we can make an agency-stamped translation, fully online.
Will a Polish voivodeship office accept a translation made in Armenia?
Polish authorities often require a translation by a Polish sworn translator (tłumacz przysięgły). Check with the office handling your case first. You will need the apostilled original in any case, and we can help prepare it.
Do you issue apostilles?
No. Apostilles are issued by the state: the RA Ministry of Justice or, for educational documents, the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. We can submit the application for you (state fee 7,000 AMD) and translate the document with the apostille.
How do I use a Polish marriage certificate in Armenia?
As a rule, the certificate needs a Polish apostille; it is then translated into Armenian and notarized. Confirm the exact requirements with the Armenian authority where you will submit it.
