Translation agency in Yerevan with online ordering

Apostil.am is a translation agency in Yerevan that connects clients with vetted, specialised translators. We provide document translation in 50 languages — passports, certificates, diplomas, contracts, statements, medical and technical documents — and, where required, certify them with the agency stamp or by a notary and advise you on the apostille.

What we do — and what we don't

  • A stamped translation is fully online. You send a scan and receive a PDF certified with the translation agency's stamp and, if you wish, a paper copy by courier or from our office.
  • A notarized translation cannot be done online. The notary binds the translation to the original document or a notarized copy, so the original must be brought to our office or sent by courier. A scan is enough only for the quote and to start translating.
  • We do not issue apostilles. In Armenia an apostille is issued only by the state — the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (for educational documents, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports). We give free advice on where to apply and in what order, and we translate apostilled documents, including the text of the apostille.

The most requested directions are Armenian–English translation and Armenian–Russian translation, but we also work with French, German, Spanish, Italian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Persian, Arabic, Chinese and other languages. The price is calculated automatically and does not change while we work; standard documents are ready in 1–3 days, or within 24 hours with the express option.

Looking for a “translation agency in Yerevan”, a “certified Armenian to English translation” or “notarized translation in Armenia”? That is exactly what Apostil.am does — order online, with delivery in Yerevan and PDF by e-mail worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a translation cost at Apostil.am?

A standard translation starts at 2,500 AMD (Armenian dram) per standard page (1,800 characters). Legal, medical and technical texts carry a complexity surcharge. Calculate the exact price with our online calculator in a minute.

Do you provide stamped and notarized translations?

Yes. A stamped translation is certified with the translation agency's stamp and is accepted by embassies, universities and banks, while a notarized translation is certified by a notary for government bodies and courts. A stamped translation can be ordered fully online from a scan. A notarized translation is possible only with the original document (or a notarized copy), because the notary binds the translation to the document itself.

Which languages do you translate?

English, Russian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Persian, Arabic, Chinese and dozens more (50 in total) — both from and into Armenian. For any other language pair, just write to us.

How long does a translation take?

Standard 1–3 page documents are ready in 1–3 working days. With the express service (+50%) we translate within 24 hours or on the same day. Notarization adds one day.

Can I order a translation without visiting the office?

Yes. Send a scan or photo of the document through the online calculator, WhatsApp or e-mail, confirm the price and receive the finished translation as a PDF. The stamped version comes as a PDF scan and the paper copy is available at our office or by courier in Yerevan. For a notarized translation an online order is not enough: the original must be handed in at the office or sent by courier.

Can I order a notarized translation online from a scan?

No. A notarized translation is made only from the original document or a notarized copy, which must be handed in at our office or sent by courier. From a scan we can only calculate the price in advance. If you need a fast online solution, choose a stamped translation — it is ordered from a scan and delivered both as a PDF and on paper.

Do you issue apostilles?

No, Apostil.am does not issue apostilles. In Armenia an apostille is issued only by the state — the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, and for educational documents the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. We give free advice on which authority to contact and in what order to do the apostille and the translation, and we translate the apostilled document, including the text of the apostille.
