Armenian to Belarusian and Belarusian to Armenian Translation in Yerevan

Our Armenian Belarusian translation service in Yerevan covers personal, educational, employment and corporate documents in both directions. Belarus has two state languages, Belarusian and Russian, so Belarusian documents may be issued in Belarusian, in Russian or in both. Apostil.am works with a network of professional translators and editors who handle all three languages, so any version of your document is translated in one place, quickly and at an affordable rate.
When you need a Belarusian translation
Armenia and Belarus are both members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the CIS, with close ties in employment, education and trade. Typical situations include:
- Working in Belarus: diploma, employment contract, work record book, police clearance. EAEU rules simplify hiring citizens of member states, but employers still need documents they can read.
- Studying in Minsk, Grodno, Vitebsk or Gomel, including at medical universities: school certificate, diploma, transcript.
- Residence and family: birth, marriage and divorce certificates, children’s documents.
- Property, inheritance and vehicles: powers of attorney, sale contracts, inheritance certificates, vehicle registration papers.
- Pensions and work history: certificates of employment periods in Belarus and the work record book for submission in Armenia.
- The other direction: Belarusian documents translated into Armenian for civil registry offices, the Migration Service, notaries, universities and banks in Armenia.
Documents we translate
- Personal and civil status: passports, birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, name change certificates, police clearance, residence certificates, powers of attorney.
- Education and employment: school certificates, diplomas with supplements, transcripts, work record books, salary and length-of-service certificates.
- Legal and corporate: charters, state registration certificates, supply contracts, court decisions, inheritance documents.
- Medical: discharge summaries, medical record extracts, test results, vaccination certificates.
- Technical and commercial: declarations and certificates of conformity, vehicle and equipment passports, invoices, manuals.
We translate Armenian documents into Belarusian or Russian for use in Belarus, and Belarusian documents into Armenian for Armenian authorities.

Stamped vs notarized translation
A stamped (agency-certified) translation is fully online: send a scan, get the stamped PDF by e-mail, and collect the paper copy at our office or receive it by courier in Yerevan. It suits employers, private companies and organisations that do not require a notary.
A notarized translation is only possible with the physical original or a notarized copy, because the notary binds the translation to it. A scan is used just for the quote. We handle the notary visit for you.
Apostille. Apostil.am does not issue apostilles. In Armenia they are issued by the RA Ministry of Justice (civil status, notarial, court and other official documents) and the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (educational documents). We advise for free, can submit the application on your behalf (state fee 7,000 AMD per apostille) and translate the document together with its apostille.
Requirements in Belarus: Minsk Convention, apostille and language
Armenia and Belarus are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention and, in addition, to the 1993 Minsk Convention on legal assistance (CIS). Under the Minsk Convention, documents issued or certified by a competent authority of one member state and bearing its official seal are, as a rule, accepted in the other without further certification. In practice, a translation notarized in Armenia is often enough, and an apostille is needed only in some cases. Some organisations still ask for one, so check in advance.
Language: since Russian is a state language of Belarus, Belarusian authorities generally accept translations into Russian. If the receiving party specifically asks for Belarusian, we translate into Belarusian. Name spellings follow your passport.
For consular matters, contact the competent Belarusian embassy or consulate (it may be accredited from another country). Always check with the receiving authority which translation they accept.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Armenian Belarusian translation cost?
Basic is 3,000 AMD per page (1,800 characters with spaces), Business with proofreading is 4,000 AMD and Extra with editing and final review is 5,000 AMD. Notarization adds 6,000 AMD per document. We confirm the exact price after seeing your scan.
Can I get a notarized translation online from a scan?
No. The notary binds the translation to the original or a notarized copy, so the paper document must reach us. A scan is enough for a quote, and the stamped agency translation is fully online.
Does an Armenian document need an apostille for Belarus?
Armenia and Belarus are parties to the Minsk Convention, so official documents are, as a rule, accepted without further certification, and a notarized translation is often sufficient. Some organisations still ask for an apostille, so check with the receiving authority.
Should I translate into Belarusian or Russian?
Russian is a state language of Belarus, so Belarusian authorities generally accept Russian translations. If Belarusian is required, we translate into Belarusian. The price is the same.
My Belarusian certificate is in Russian. Can you translate it into Armenian?
Yes. We translate Belarusian documents into Armenian whether they are issued in Russian, Belarusian or both, and notarize the translation when required.
